How to create a Content Item from navigation

  1. Hover over Content in the main navigation and then click Create.
  2. Fill out at least the Required Fields in the Creative Brief including Title, Content Type and Target Due Date. The Creative Brief Fields will change based on the Content Type you choose. Learn more about customizing Creative Briefs here.
  3. Fill out Optional Fields, if applicable.
  4. Fill out Conditional Fields based on the Content Type, if  applicable.
  5. Click Save Item or Save And... Create Another Item or Back to Calendar depending on your specific needs.

How to create a Content Item from within the Calendar view 

  1. Click a Date in the Calendar when your Content Item is to be completed (i.e. Target Due Date) or click the Create Content Item button in the top right. 
  2. Fill out at least the Required Fields in the Creative Brief including Title, Content Type and Target Due Date. The Creative Brief Fields will change based on the Content Type you choose. Learn more about customizing Creative Briefs here.
  3. Fill out Optional Fields, if applicable.
  4. Fill out Conditional Fields based on the Content Type, if applicable.
  5. Click Save Item or Save And... Create Another Item or Back to Calendar depending on your specific needs.

How to create a Content Item from the List view

  1. Click Create Content Item Button in the top right.
  2. Fill out at least the Required Fields in the Creative Brief including Title, Content Type and Target Due Date. The Creative Brief Fields will change based on the Content Type you choose. Learn more about customizing Creative Briefs here.
  3. Fill out any Optional Fields, if applicable.
  4. Fill out Conditional Fields based on the Content Type, if applicable
  5. Click Save Item or Save And... Create Another Item or Back to Calendar depending on your specific needs.
