The Info Field within a Workflow Form enables you to add additional information to a Field to help instruct your team members on how to fill it out. 

The tool tip icon appears beside the Field titles in Workflow Forms. To learn more about Workflow Forms, check out our articles on How to add and edit Your Workflow Forms and How to use Workflow Forms.


Adding or editing the Info Field in a Workflow Form

Click on the Edit icon next to the Workflow Form in which you would like to add or edit a Field tool tip.

Select the Field and add the tool tip content into the Info Field.

Click the Save button when you're done.


Viewing a tool tip

Navigate to the Creative Brief of a Content Item and Select the Form containing the tool tip. You will see the tool tip next to the Field's heading you've edited. You can hover over the question mark tool tip and the content you entered in will appear in a bubble above the field.

Note: Forms are only present when an associated Workflow is assigned.
