Getting started with Ideas
To access Ideas, click on Calendar in the navigation and head to the sub-category > Ideas. Once there, any existing ideas created by you or anyone in your team will be located in the list.
Click create to submit a new idea.
Once you click create, a new page will load with the same format as the Creative Brief. This allows you to input ideas that could later on be pushed as a live calendar item, while capturing all necessary fields earlier on in the conceptualization stage.
Pushing ideas to the calendar for approval
Once your idea has all the necessary information your team requires to submit for approval, you can push the idea to the calendar simply by clicking on the idea in the list view. Once there, select the push idea to calendar option at the top right of the selected idea item.
Editing the content brief and drafting
Once pushed to the calendar, your idea will be created as a new content item. This means it'll enter the approval workflow associated with the content type that you set either during the ideation phase, or, once it's been pushed to the calendar.

Customizing the fields that appear in the ideation dialog
The fields that appear in the Idea section are customizable to meet your teams needs. They use fields from the creative brief view, so any information that you capture when creating the idea content becomes usable when pushed to calendar as a 'live' calendar item. Basically what you see in the creative brief is the same
