From the creative brief to approval workflows, many aspects of Mintent can be customized. Here's a full list of everything that is configurable:
Global Calendar and Sub-calendars
Helping you manage both a global editorial calendar, or a simple one-calendar process, Mintent can help with content organization through multiple calendars with limited permission access. Have all your sub-calendars roll up to a global calendar for increased accountability and visibility of all content efforts across all communication functions.
The editorial calendar is color-coded by content type, helping with a visual approach to content management. You can customize the names and colors of your content types.
Content types are assigned by calendar and are unlimited.
Don't use the terminology "Buyer Cycle"? No problem! The fields listed on the creative brief are customizable by calendar. You can add as many fields as you need, or eliminate pre-populated fields that aren't applicable to your team.
The type of fields that can be added:
- Drop down lists (multi-select or 1 selection)
- Text fields
- Required or optional fields
The names that appear to the left of each field are also customizable.

Workflows are used to manage the content production lifecycle. Once configured, workflows get auto-assigned by content types on every new content item. The approval workflow appears on the right side of the details page.
Roles help scale access across the product. Rather than assigning individuals to workflows or calendar views, you can assign a role.
This helps as teams grow, people come and go, and minimizes the overhead of managing individual areas. Instead, you simply have to assign a role to a person once they get invited. When removed, those permission get removed with them.
